How to report abuse, security issues, privacy concerns, or intellectual-property complaints involving Continual.

Where to report
Please send enough detail for us to identify the account, application, domain, or content involved and understand the issue. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary sensitive information.
- Abuse or policy violations
- Report suspected violations of our Acceptable use policy, harmful deployed applications, or unexpected model behavior to support@continual.ai.
- Security vulnerabilities
- Report a suspected vulnerability or security issue to security@continual.ai.
- Privacy
- Send privacy questions, requests, or complaints to privacy@continual.ai.
- Copyright or other intellectual property
- Send complaints to legal@continual.ai. Include your contact information, the protected work or right, the exact Continual URL or other location of the material, why you believe the use is unauthorized, and a statement that the information you provide is accurate and submitted in good faith.
What happens next
We may ask for more information, preserve relevant records, investigate, restrict access, remove content, disable an application or hostname, or take other action consistent with our agreements and applicable law. We may share a complaint with the affected customer when reasonably necessary to investigate or allow a response.
If you believe we acted on a report in error, reply to the notice you received or email support@continual.ai with the relevant account, application, or domain and the reason for your appeal.
