What you can build
Build an operating system for your own work, a team, or the whole business—then add capabilities without starting over.
Start with software for one person, one team, or an entire company. In every case, it runs on the same kind of shared, customer-owned foundation: knowledge, business state, capabilities, loops, metrics, connections, and interfaces that can grow with the work.
Choose the boundary
Start from a working model
A starter gives Continual an opinionated model for a common function or industry. It can include handbook context, objects, tools, loops, metrics, skills, connections, permissions, and useful apps. You adapt the resulting system through conversation and own what it becomes.
Industry starters can add the vocabulary, controls, integrations, and operating patterns specific to fields such as manufacturing, professional services, logistics, or healthcare. Smaller capability modules can add something focused without creating a separate system.
Add the interfaces people need
The operating system is the shared software. Interfaces are how different people and agents use it. Add only the surfaces that make the work clearer or faster.
Build one system, not another silo
A useful first capability should also strengthen the whole. Customer onboarding can establish the shared customer model. Incident response can establish ownership, escalation, and evaluation patterns. Finance approval can establish controls other teams reuse.
The test is simple: the next capability should reuse more context, rules, tools, and history than the last one. That is how isolated AI projects become one compounding operating system.
