The first version can include:

  • a shared customer and company record;
  • a marketing site or inbound form;
  • tools for email, scheduling, enrichment, and internal updates;
  • agents that qualify, follow up, prepare work, and escalate;
  • a work queue for questions, exceptions, and approvals;
  • metrics for response time, conversion, onboarding, and outcomes.

1. Describe the outcome

Begin with the customer experience you want, not a list of screens or database fields. Explain who you serve, what a successful customer achieves, how the journey works today, and where it breaks down.

Connect the systems that already hold useful context or perform outside actions. Continual does not require you to replace everything at once. It connects the software you keep with the software it builds through one customer-owned operating system.

  • Grant each person, agent, and app only the access it needs.
  • Require review for pricing, commitments, or other consequential actions.

4. Preview and activate

Continual builds the proposal in an isolated project branch. Use the system like a real operator: submit an inquiry, review the customer record, inspect the proposed follow-up, test an exception, and walk through onboarding.

Continual explains what changed and how it was evaluated. When the preview is ready, merge the branch and deploy it under the review policy your project requires.

5. Improve what happens next
